Once commission slots are open, they are not selected on a first-come-first-serve basis. Potential clients should understand that they are not guaranteed a slot.

I have the right to refuse any commission, even after it has been accepted. If the project has begun and I choose to decline, a refund will be issued.

If you do not have an existing character design, or would like my help in redesigning, I can assist in bringing your vtuber to life for $100 on top of the model art base price.

When commissioning me for Live2d rigging, the delivered files will be for runtime only. A .cmo3 project file will not be provided unless specifically requested, for +50% of the total price.

The client may split up payment for any commissioned work into multiple instalments.

The client understands that I may not begin the process until at least half of the required payment is given upfront.

Payments and invoices will be sent via PayPal or Wise. There will be an additional discount when making payments through Wise. The client may ask for assistance when making payments through Wise.

A full refund may be issued if work on the project has not yet begun.

Depending on the level of completion that the project is at, should the client choose to cancel during the commission process, they will receive a partial refund.

Once the commission process has officially ended and the commissioned work has been delivered, a refund cannot be issued.

If the commission is corporate in nature (company, talent agency, etc.) the price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project. for commercial usage (eg. printed merch, banners, advertising) the commissioner may be charged an additional +100% of the final price.

The client will discuss and fully disclose the intended usage of the commissioned work before the commission process has begun, they also agree to disclose any additional changes to this after the commission process has ended, understanding that this may incur an additional fee.

The client will retain the usage rights to all designs, branding, and characters provided as a reference during the commission process.

I have the right to use any commissioned work for promotional and portfolio purposes, such as advertising commissions, using as a reference for previous work, and displaying on social media and personal websites.

The client is responsible for understanding the usage policies and terms of any platforms they intend to use the commissioned work on.

The commissioned work may be used freely by the client for purposes such as; streaming and social media branding, among others.

The commissioned work may not be used for paid advertisements, merchandise or non-fungible tokens without my express permission.

I require credit to be given by the client for any commissioned work produced. Vtuber-related work should be credited in an easily accessible place such as a Twitter or social media bio, as well as Twitch panel, or website.

A project may require up to two months until it is delivered. Rush orders under a single month may incur additional fees. The timeframe starts once the project has officially begun and at least 50% of the total commission fee has been paid upfront.

Updates during the process will be sent through Discord, Twitter or email. Preliminary versions of commissioned work will be sent for the client to provide feedback.

The client should provide feedback within two days of receiving any updates, A failure to do so will result in the commission moving forward without adjustment, or halting altogether.

All requested corrections or revisions are final.

I may modify the commissioned work at my own discretion when providing updates for the client.

Revisions during the process are free in most circumstances according to my own discretion. Once the commissioned work has been delivered, revisions may incur additional fees.

If I fail to meet a given deadline, I will inform the client of the reason.

I may post about the commissioned work on social media and personal websites during the process and after its completion. If the client would like for the process to stay private, there will be an additional +20% privacy fee.

Once a project has been completed, and the commissioned work has been delivered, the client agrees to not edit the final product under any circumstances without my express permission.

All updates and edits made to the commissioned work after it’s completion should be processed or agreed upon by me.
